Tramar Lacel, who is more well-known
under his stage name Flo Rida (American rapper singer and songwriter) is a
Carol City, Florida-based artist who is a composer, singer, and songwriter. His
2008 hit single "Low" reached the top spot for a total of 10 weeks
straight in the United States. It also broke the record for digital download
sales in the year at hand. The debut album by Flo Rida called Mail on Sunday
reached no. 4 in the US. R.O.O.T.S. succeeded the album in 2008. His next
albums, 2010,'s Only One Flo (Part 1) and 2012's Wild Ones, also charted on the
US Billboard 200 chart. Flo Rida's sales worldwide of over 80 million records
have made him one of the most successful musicians. His catalogue includes
popular songs "Right Round", "Club Can't Handle Me",
"Good Feeling", "Wild Ones", "Whistle", "I
Cry", "G.D.F.R. ", "My House" The debut album of Flo
Rida, Mail on Sunday, was released in March of 2008. The first single was
"Low" with T-Pain, which was also included in the soundtrack for the
movie Step Up 2: The Streets. "Low", which reached the No. 1 on the
Billboard Hot 100 chart. "Elevator" which features Timbaland,
"In the Ayer", featuring will.i.am as well as "Roll"
featuring Sean Kingston, charted on the Hot 100, as well as other charts. Mail
hosted many guests special guests on Sunday. Timbaland who is the creator of
the single "Elevator" was also featured on the track. Rick Ross and
Trey Songz have also appeared. Lil Wayne appeared on the track "American
Superstar", while Sean Kingston appeared on the J. R. Rotem-produced
"Roll" the track was co-written by Compton rapper Spitfiya. Birdman,
Brisco, as and Yung Jock are some of the other guest performers. The fourth
single was originally planned to be "Money Right", which featured
Rick Ross and Brisco, but the song was scrapped due to the imminent release
R.O.O.T.S., Flo Rida’s second studio album. He also recorded his second
collaboration with T.Pain, "I Bet", and his collaboration with Trina
(titled "Bout It").
